Indian Institute of Technology has released the official admission notification for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2027). Candidates currently studying in the 3rd year or higher of any undergraduate degree program, or who have already completed any government-approved degree program in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or Arts, are eligible to apply. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2027) ka official notification jari kar diya gaya hai. GATE ek comprehensive national-level examination hai jo mukhya roop se Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science aur Humanities ke vibhinn vishayon me candidates ke conceptual understanding ko test karta hai.
GATE scorecard na keval IITs, NITs aur IISc jaise pratishthit sansthanon me Master’s Programmes (M.Tech / M.Arch / Ph.D.) me direct admission dilata hai, balki desh ki top Maharatna aur Navratna PSUs (jaise ONGC, IOCL, NTPC, GAIL, HPCL, BPCL, BARC) me direct recruitment ka madhyam bhi banta hai.
GATE 2027 Exam Pattern Overview
Mode of Exam: Computer Based Test (CBT) mode me aayojit hoga.
Duration: 3 Ghante (180 Minutes).
Number of Papers: Lagbhag 30 subject papers aayojit kiye jate hain (Candidate chahe toh do specific papers ke combination me bhi appear ho sakte hain).
Question Types:
1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
2. Multiple Select Questions (MSQ)
3. Numerical Answer Type (NAT) Questions
Marking & Negative Marking:
Total Marks: 100 (General Aptitude: 15 Marks + Subject Engineering Mathematics & Core Subject: 85 Marks).
MCQs ke galat jawab par 1/3rd (1 mark question) ya 2/3rd (2 mark question) negative marking hoti hai.
MSQ aur NAT prashnon me koi negative marking nahi hoti.
Validity of GATE Scorecard
GATE 2027 ka score result ghoshit hone ki tareekh (19 March 2027) se **3 saal (Three Years)** tak valid rahega M.Tech admission aur fellowships ke liye.
How to Apply Online for IIT GATE 2027 (GOAPS Portal)
1. Official portal (`gate2027.iitm.ac.in`) par jayein aur "GOAPS Portal" open karein.
2. Sabse pehle **"Register Here"** par click karein, apna valid email ID, mobile number aur password set karein.
3. Registration confirm hone ke baad Enrolment ID aur Password se login karein.
4. Apni personal details, permanent address, qualifying degree details aur preferred test cities (3 Exam Center choices) select karein.
5. High-quality passport size photograph, signature, aur Category/PwD certificate (agar applicable ho) tay guidelines me upload karein.
6. Regular registration fees pay karein (27 September ke baad late fee lagegi).
7. Application submit karke confirmation form ka printout apne device me save kar lein.
