Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the official notification for the Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2026 (Advt. No. P.R.183/2026). Eligible candidates aspiring to become teachers for Class 9-10 (Paper-I) and Class 11-12 (Paper-II) can apply online from 17 August 2026. Application ki aakhiri tareekh badhakar 15 September 2026 kar di gayi hai, isliye eligible candidates jald se jald apna aavedan pura karein.
Bihar STET 2026 Paper Details & Eligibility
Bihar STET mukhya roop se do papers me aayojit kiya jata hai:
* **Paper-I (Secondary Level - Class 9 to 10):** Is paper me shamil hone ke liye candidate ke paas sambandhit vishay me kam se kam 50% anko ke sath Bachelor's degree (Graduation) aur B.Ed ki degree honi chahiye.
* **Paper-II (Senior Secondary Level - Class 11 to 12):** Is paper ke liye candidate ko sambandhit vishay me Second Division ke sath Master's degree (Post Graduation) aur B.Ed pass hona aniwarya hai (Computer Science ke liye B.Ed zaruri nahi hai).
*(Note: SC/ST/EBC/BC aur PwD category ke candidates ko minimum qualifying marks me 5% ki chhoot di gayi hai.)*
Exam Pattern & Mode of Selection
* **Mode of Exam:** Pariksha Computer Based Test (CBT) mode me aayojit ki jayegi.
* **Questions:** Paper me objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions puche jayenge. Total 150 questions honge jisme 100 marks specific subject ke aur 50 marks teaching aptitude aur other skills ke honge.
* **Negative Marking:** Is pariksha me kisi bhi prakar ki negative marking nahi hogi, jisse candidates sabhi prashnon ka uttar de sakte hain.
* **Selection:** Written CBT exam clear karne wale candidates aane wali BPSC TRE shikshak bhartiyon ke liye eligible mane jayenge.
How to Apply Online for Bihar STET 2026
1. BSEB STET ki official registration website par jayein.
2. Naye candidates **"Register (New Candidate)"** par click karke apna naam, mobile number aur valid email ID darj karein.
3. Registration ke baad mile User ID aur Password ka upyog karke portal par login karein.
4. Apni category ke anusar Application Fee (Single ya Both papers ke liye) online pay karein.
5. Form me apni personal, educational aur address details sahi-sahi bharein aur maange gaye sabhi documents (Marksheets, B.Ed certificate, Photo, Signature) upload karein.
6. Form submit karne ke baad uska printout zaroor nikal lein.
